12/25/2002

Dear Danielle and Cody, I’m so sorry I didn’t stay at Mom’s house longer to watch you guys play with your new toys. This day was one of the hardest days I’ve been through in my life. This day was the first Christmas we were not the family we once were. I want you guys to know just how much I love you! I also want you guys to know that none of this is your guy’s fault you are both awesome kids.

Today we went bowling for Danielle’s league; you bowled a 196 for your three games, good job. Later you both got haircuts, you both looked so cute. In the afternoon you guys played with Katherine and Benj, you all had fun in the snow, thanks for being such good kids.

In the morning Danielle had gymnastics fro 10-12. Later we went snow sledding with Uncle Norm and Aubrey, and then we went to their house for dinner.

On the first we watched the ball drop, but you guys didn’t remember it in the morning. I was going to make you guys Shepard’s pie, but you guys just wanted rice with gravy.

Tonight you both had basketball practice, but Cody you couldn’t play because you didn’t listen at MECCA, sorry. Danielle you played awesome and even mad a basket on a ten footer.

Sorry it’s been awhile since I’ve written. You guys both did awesome in basketball today. Grandma was watching you for Mom, she was bowling, hope you guys had fun with her. The super bowl is this weekend maybe we will go to Uncle Tim’s for it. We just got back from Uncle Tim’s, Aunt Karen’s and Ashley’s you guys had a blast their house. We also went to Uncle Norms and Aubrey’s for some snow sledding again, it was so clod and windy we didn’t last long. Thanks for being so good at your friends houses.

Danielle had basketball practice and did great. Guys I just got some bad news, our unit just got called to war. I just pray that if I do have to go it will be quick. I will miss you guys so bad, but it will also keep me going knowing you guys will be waiting for me to come back. I hope you know just how much I love you guys. Hopefully I will be able to stay back with the other people to keep the planes flying back here.

Cody you did great today in basketball, your defense was awesome. Today in history the Space Shuttle Columbia exploded and killed all seven crew members, a sad day.

Vacation week started and we went to the Basketball Hall of Fame, after Danielle’s basketball game. Today is Monday and it’s snowing out a lot, and keep going till Tuesday morning. Danielle you are sleeping over Caitlyn’s house Wednesday night. Thursday we are going to the Roger Williams Zoo with Brittney and Ashley. Friday we will go to Mystic Seaport for the day. Saturday and Sunday will be our basketball tournaments.

Your basketball tournaments went great, you both played awesome. Cody you were showing the second graders how to dribble, or at you were trying. I got all the kids bobble head trophies, they loved them. Well we didn’t make it to the Zoo, Ashley was sick so we went to the Seaport with Brittney. We also went to the dinosaur park in Montville. Lastly we went to the kids’ museum in Middletown, it was a great vacation.

Danielle you had a gymnastics meet at Yale University you got a 5.75 on Bars, 6.0 on Beam, 6.6 on Floor and 8.05 on Vault, great job! After that we went to Weston’s B Day party at T Bowl, I forgot Danielle’s gymnastics stuff their and we had to go back. Then you guys played with all the kids in the neighborhood.

We went to Church, then to Taco Bell, then the mall for ice cream. That afternoon you guys played with the neighborhood kids, and Danielle you and Katherine eat a whole box of Girl Scout cookies. The Danielle and Katherine broke one of the living room tables, don’t worry I fixed it.

Started the day with a trip to Target then Comp USA then Toys R Us then Subway then Cody’s gymnastics then T bowl then Grammies and Poppy’s we had a long day and you guys did great. Tomorrow we will go to Church then Tim and Karen’s and Ashley.

Vacation week started, we went to Boston to see Uncle Kippy and Christina. You guys played in the park and Danielle you accidentally kicked me in the mouth, don’t worry I was ok. Then we went to the kids museum you guys had a blast. Cody you and Uncle Kippy went back to the park after the museum. Danielle you watched a movie with Aunt Tina.

We went to a movie, what a girl wants, and Cody and I were the only boys there. Then we went to the pound to look for a dog, didn’t find one. That night we went to Susa the Musical at the Oakdale.

Had a surprise mother’s day and birthday for Bonnie, Uncle Butch, Aunt Patti, Trish, Eric, Uncle Eric and Aunt Sharon were all there and Baby Gracie and Mom were all there.

Danielle you and I went to Blue Hills Farm for a class trip we had a great time. Danielle sorry I was a little under the weather, I had just had an operation on my wrist and didn’t have time to get any medicine for the pain. We sat on a blanket for lunch with your friends it was fun.

Danielle you had your gymnastics banquet at first Church in Hebron. You are doing fantastic in your gymnastics. The banquet was real fun, thanks for inviting me. You got a ribbon for doing so well.

Danielle your second grade field day was today. I made a huge fruit salad for the class. Mrs. Peil had me get my whistle and I started to organize the events. I pushed you and all your friends on the tire swing. We had a balloon toss and you chased me all over the place with the balloons. We had the best time. Cody you had a birthday party for Eli at the lake and you swam and played kick ball.

Fireworks! We went to Hebron fair grounds for the fireworks, and Cody you fell asleep in the arms. We eat all sorts of good junk food.

You both went ice-skating with MECCA for the day. Then we went to the Rock Cats game they won 8-7. They had fireworks after the game; we went with Uncle Norm, Aunt Beth, Aubrey, Uncle Jason and Josh.

We went to Quassy Park, went into Water Park all the roller coaster rides, then stayed at the Marriott Hotel for the night, went swimming in the indoor pool.

Danielle you went to Julia F’s, birthday party at the roller skating rink in Vernon. Then to the lake for hot dogs. You guys also bought all the junk from Brandon’s tag sale, he also gave you all the stuffed animals he had. Next you guys went swimming in their pool. Danielle you threw up the three hot dogs you ate at Julia’s birthday party.

Danielle you had your 8^th birthday party at the bowling lanes, everyone had fun. Then Kevin and Aubrey came over to play, it wasn’t long before Cody was all covered with blood. Cody you and Aubrey were riding bikes and she stopped and you didn’t, you went over the handle bars and busted your lip. Next we all went to the lake for the 200^th festival. Danielle you ended up playing with Caitlyn and Cody you went swimming. They had fireworks that night and we stayed to watch them.

Vacation to Disney World!

We stayed at the Contempary hotel on Disney. You guys loved the pool we went just about every night, the slide wasn’t working the first night, but they fixed it.

Day one: we fly into Florida and we have time to spend the afternoon in Magic Kingdom. You guys loved all the rides in Magic Kingdom.

Day two: we went to Sea World for the day, Danielle you made us go on the flume ride twice and man did we get wet!

Day three: we went to Animal Kingdom and Cody you loved the safari ride; we got to see the animals real close up.

Day four: we went to Universal Studios for the day. Cody and Danielle you both hated the Jaws ride and Cody go cried a lot! Sorry! But Cody you did love the Spiderman ride and the Shriek movie.

Day five: we went to see great grandma. You both wanted to go into the pool so off we went to jump in; boy o boy was it cold. That didn’t last long, so we went to play mini golf. We also went for a walk and saw a beached shrimp boat, they fell asleep.

Day six: we had to fly home and it was really cold when we got back.

We went with Uncle Norm, Aunt Beth and Aubrey, they got stuck at Disney for another three days because it was snowing so bad back here, we got back just in time.

We went for a bike ride in the morning, then Cody play with Eli and Benj. Danielle Mom picked you up to go to a Gymnastics tournament. Cody you me and Eli went to gymnastics then to Subway for lunch, we dropped Eli off and went to Danielle’s meet in Milford. Danielle you did Awesome, you placed third all around and third on floor and best of all first on vault with a 9.15, great job! We got a pizza then went to the park, helped Mr. Billings with the batting cage, then to the park. Cody and Danielle you guys were great today! I love you guy’s lots!!

Cody I went to your nutritious breakfast and I made cheese kabob’s, you didn’t eat any but you did eat all sorts of fruit, it was at the senior center fro 8:30-10:00 all first grade classes were there. Next Danielle I brought you to the Doctors office for an ear ach, you had an ear infection. That night we went to MECCA bingo, Danielle you won a gift certificate to build a bear.

Cody you came down in the morning and threw up all over the floor. So we stayed home, you ate a little breakfast, and some lunch. You watched DVD’s and we played games, I also read to you. Well you did real well till we were coming back from Danielle’s gymnastics and you threw up all over the back seat of my car.

Cody awesome day yesterday at school, and today you went 4 for 4 in your baseball game great job. Danielle and Cody you guys played with the Lawrence’s after lunch, Danielle you ate with Kitcat and I had to bring Cody back from gymnastics, Cody you were so impressive on the rope, the other kids went about half way up and you just shot right to the top. You guys played on the slip and slide till about 4:30 then we got some dinner and Danielle you watch Kelly and Justin movie, while Cody played on the computer. GREAT DAY love you guys lots!!!!

Cody you had a baseball game, you did real well; you got three hits and an awesome throw from past second base to third. Then we went to see Brody and Demery at Strawberry Park in Preston. You guys had a great time, Danielle you played with Dem and three other girls, Cody you of course played with Brody. I actually played in two softball games, boy do I stink. You guys were in the dodge ball game and the tug of war, Cody the girls beat you guys. You also went in the pool, Cody, Brody pushed you in the pool and I had to reach in and pull you out, when I did my cell phone went in the pool, needless to say I had to buy a new one.

Today we started out by going to McDonald’s for breakfast, then you guys went into the Costa’s pool, Cody you only jumped in twice then you were done. After that you guys played with the Lawrence’s, you both had grill cheese for lunch there. Next Mr. Lovett showed up and you guys went to see Brittney in the Parade, while I waited for T to show up so we can head off to Gremmie and Pappi’s for the afternoon. Did you guys see my planes at the Parade?

Danielle it was fun day @ the lake today. I went down about 8:30 and set up some games to play. You guys’ all third grade classes showed up about 9:20. Mr. Netto talked to you all and set the rules up from start. You and Zelda and Courtney went to the playscape and played tag for awhile. Next I joined in for some freeze tag. Next were snack, popcorn and fruit. You and the other girls had a sack race, all the girls cut up their knees. We went on to the three legged races, same thing a bunch of bleeding knees. Then down to the beach for a sand castle building time. Lunch was next, pizza and more fruit. After lunch was more playscape time and tag, some tire swinging but not much. Then came junk food time, and then Zack opened his mouth and said he could beat you in a race, so off we went to prove him wrong. First time he said he slipped, second time you beat him by a nose and the third time you beat him by a whole body, great job girl!! Now was water balloon toss time, kind of lame this year no water balloon fight just the toss. But now Mrs. Harbac thought she was going to be a sneak, she came up behind me a popped one of my balloons all over my head, but what she failed to realize was that I had another one in my other hand, so she got a wet head when I popped it over her head. Well babe thanks for the great time with you and your class. I love you lots!!

Cody you had a birthday party for Eli @ the lake. We started with a dodge ball game, and then went to the playscape for a freeze tag game. Mr. Lawrence and I were it and all you guys cheated by not staying frozen. That’s ok we had a great time. Next you guys had cupcakes and chips. Later that day we ran into Brody and we went to the lake for some more fun, we went back to the house and played some baseball. You guys watched Batman and then Kangaroo Jack, both were good movies.

Today Cody you had a baseball game at Andover, Cody you did real good. You guys all had a good time. Next we were off to the Navigators game with Demery and Brody. You guys had some cotton candy and Danielle and Demery got nice girls hats. Cody you got a ball and a ball from the other team, Brody got a batting glove. After the game we went to the ball field at Park Rd. and watched Devin play then you guys went to Marlborough Pizza with the Countant’s. After they dropped you guys back we went for a walk. Then you guys got ready for bed, you guys slept really good.

Cody today was your picnic at the lake. You guys, Mrs. Fritzen and Mrs. Eastwood’s class, got there about 10:15 and started with snack. Then we played kick ball, not too many played, then off to the playscape. Next was lunch, I cooked hot dogs and hamburgers for the class and teachers. After lunch you guys paired up and went to build sand castles, you went with Nick, Conner, and I don’t know the other boys name, sorry. You played for a long time and enjoyed it. After that it was desert time, cookies and brownies and cakes. Next was the long awaited water balloon toss, we got to be in the same circle together, we tossed the balloons around the circle for a while. Mrs. Lormen had you chase Mrs., Fritzen and throw a balloon at her, next you got me wet with one. It was a great day thanks for inviting me.

Today was father’s day; you guys gave me cards and a bear, thanks. Next we went to Grammies and Papi’s for the afternoon. After that we went to the lake, you guys played with Jacob and Emily Greenwald.

Today we went over to Grammies and Papi’s for their anniversary of 45 years together. We cut up the deck they have because of a woodchuck that was living under it. Cody you had a blast with the hammer and pulling up all the nails. Danielle you even jumped in and started swinging away, thanks for the help. You guys played with T and Erica there also.

Today was a day off from MECCA for both off you, we were supposed to have Brittney with us but she went to her gammas. So off to the batting cages and mini golf we went, Danielle you tried hitting in the softball slow pitch cage, you didn’t do to well, and Cody you went to the 40mph cage, you also had a tough time. Then we went to look for a dog at the Humane Society, we saw a dog-named Skipper, seemed real well, but after talking to Dr. Rick I chose not to get him. You guys did real good with that and understood it might take awhile to get a dog. Danielle you have gymnastics for the summer program on Mondays from 2:30 till 5:00 and Tuesdays from 3:45 till 7:00. So off to gymnastics you went and Cody and I rotated the tires on the car. Thanks for the help Cody.

Well Danielle today was a fun day for you; you got to go to Lake Compounce. You went on Boulder Dash, Down Time and a water ride. Danielle all your girlfriend chickened out on you for the Down Time ride, but you went like the tough girl you are. Cody you were off to Eli Whitney Museum, you made a boat and tested it out. Next Cody you had lunch at BK, you ate a whole cheeseburger. Later that evening we went to see the Marlborough boys play their baseball game, they lost 3-2 but go into the losers bracket.

Hi guys I had to take today off from drill, Mom was busy so she wasn’t able to watch you guys. We went over to Grammies and Papi’s and took the rest of the deck up. Then we went out to lunch. After that we got the trailer and tractor from T’s house. Then you guys went in the Costa’s pool. Then we did some sparkler in the back yard.

Cody today was your birthday party, but first we went to the lake to volunteer for Marlborough day for MYAL. You guys hung out with the Lawrence’s and had a great time. Later we went to the Glastonbury wellness center for Cody’s birthday party, we played in the gym then went swimming. Cody you got lots of good presents.

Today we went to Grammies and Papi’s for all of our birthdays, Kip and Christina were there, and also T and Erica were there. You guys ate great and played with everyone. Of course you guys got some good presents.

Today was great; we had the Lovett girls with us today. We started out with mini golf then the Cinderella movie then the lake then home for spaghetti dinner and then you guys threw a ball over the roof on the house, but of course Cody got it stuck in the gutter. Before bed I let you guys watch Fear Factor.

Cody today was your first day of football practice, I wasn’t there it was Mom’s week; I wish I made it sorry. Danielle you called me at 7:55 pm and you were crying that you missed me. I miss you and Cody every week you guys aren’t with me. Danielle you also told me that you would be starting cheerleading Thursday, I can’t wait to see you cheer. Love you guys lots!!

Danielle’s B Day!!!!

Well today was off to Boston day to se Kippy and Christina. We started off with bagels and then hit the rode about 7:40. The drive went well up there. You guys didn’t even fight that much. We got there about 10:00. I had to fix some electrical stuff. Then we had lunch, after that we went to the Boston Aquarium and The IMAC Theater. You guys love riding the T. Dinner was next at a Italian restaurant. You guys ate well. Then it was time to head on home. It was a late night, but you guys did great.

Danielle we had your birthday party at build a bear, I brought Demi and Ciat with me. You girls had a blast, all your little friends were there: Caitlyn, Demery, Niki, Courtney, Aubrey, Kit Cat, Alley, Ashley and little Tyler and Cameron also Grandma. After there we went to the lake and went swimming and played on the playscape. Also Mom made your cake and we got pizza for everyone, your cousins meet us at the lake. At the end of the party little Jake got stung by a bee, Cody you were great; you held the ice on his leg. Later guys and of course I love you both lots!!!

We went to Lake Compounce with Uncle Norm, Aunt Beth and Aubrey. Went in the water park, all the rides. Danielle you love all the rides. Cody you went on one ride that the floor drops out and spins you against the wall about ten times. Then Cody and I went on the last ride of the day and we didn’t do to well, I felt like getting sick and Cody you did, all over the place.

WE had our tag sale and tied to sell stuff, Grammy and Papi came over too. You guys ended up swimming in the Costa’s pool and had a blast. That night we went to the Navigators game and spent the money we made at the tag sale about $40.

We went to Uncle Tim’s, Aunt Karen’s and Ashley’s for a cook out. Ou guys swam and played all day. You both did real well thanks.

You guys got school haircuts for the first day of school coming up. Then the lake was next on the plate, after that we all sat down for a game of life. I had a great day with you guys!

Sorry it’s been awhile since I’ve written. Today is Friday and Caitlyn has a birthday party that you Danielle are invited to. Well you just loved the party it was at Laser Quest. You got so exited by going around and shooting people.

I dropped you both off at Lexi’s for another birthday party; I had to help Gerry move with uncle norm. When I got done I went back to Lexi’s and go both played till about eight o clock that night, I helped cook on the grill.

Well today was another birthday party today’s was Demery’s. Danielle I dropped you off about four o clock and Cody we were staying at the Lovett’s. I was helping them set up a new computer. Cody you were under the covers on the couch watching Agent Cody Banks with Brittney.

Today I was off from work and we had the boys over, Benj, Eli and Brody, Danielle you went over to Kit Kats. Cody we played football, soccer and baseball, then off to get an icy. We also went to the park for some tag and tire swing. WE all had a great day.

Danielle you had a gymnastic meet today at Shoreline, you did well you got a 32.85. After the meet we went to get pizza at the Train Station. Next you wanted to go to the mall, so off we went to the Crystal Mall. Cody you went with Cameron and Jake to the apple fest in Glastonbury. Both of you guys had fun today.

Cody we went to the Science Center today for a field trip. Cody we had fun on the bus we got to sit together there and back. We got to pet some animals and play a lot. On the way back we went to MacDonald’s for lunch. Thanks for the day.

Tonight was MECCA night they had a band and you guys played and danced in the café. Cody you talked to a police officer who was giving a ticket o a car parked in a fire zone. Danielle you played with Kendra. We got to eat pizza and desserts.

Danielle we went to Nathan Hall in Coventry today. We sat together with Kaley on the bus. We got to play in the field and I stepped in Nathan Hall poop, so did Nicole. We had a picnic lunch. It was a great day with my awesome daughter!

Today we had breakfast with Grammy and Papi at the buffet. Then we went to Target. After that we watch Brittney and your other girls play in a quarter final soccer games, too bad they lost 3-2 but they finished fourth out of 67 teams. Then we rented a video you guys watched Mulian.

Today is Halloween and here are your pictures. Danielle you were the cutest kitty cat ever, Cody you were a cool looking Power Ranger. You guys went trick or treating at my house for a while then mom dropped you off and Nicky’s. But Cody you didn’t want to stay at Nicky’s so I picked you up at the bowling alley from mom then I picked you up Danielle.

We went to Great Grammy’s and Georges for Christmas Eve day and opened presents. Grammy has been in the Hospital for about two weeks now and isn’t doing to good. Hopefully she will be getting better soon.

Cody you were sick all day you started throwing up about 5:30 am and didn’t stop till 4:00 pm when I brought you to the emergency room. We went to the buffet and met uncle Kip and Papi. Next we were off to see Are we there yet, you guys loved it. Danielle you had a basketball game this day also. You scored two points and tied the ball up twice awesome job!

Today was a very sad day. My Mom your Grammy pasted away. She was sick for about two months. Nobody is really sure what caused Grammy to go into the Hospital. She just wasn’t breathing well so Papi brought her to the emergency room and they said it wasn’t too bad and to bring her back home. Things didn’t get any better so Papi brought her back and they put Grammy in the hospital to check her out. They said she had a sickness in her lungs and medicine would make her better. But the medicine wasn’t working so they had to put her on a machine to breath. She still wasn’t getting better; they did all sorts of tests but couldn’t find anything wrong. After about two months of the machine breathing for her they took it off and she pasted away 48 hours later.

I think you guys remember the night. We had just finished basketball practice and we were eating at Village when Uncle Kippy called and said Grammy had just past away it was about 5 pm. We all cried and said we loved her and now she could see Grandpa and Tito in Heaven.

Tonight was a tough night for all of us, but you guys were so good. I know it was really tough seeing Grammy in the casket but you both just showed her how much you loved her. We knelt and said a little prayer to her and told her we loved her and she would be looking down on us from Heaven. She was in a pretty red dress. Everyone was there and you both were so well behaved, I was so proud to be your father. I love you guys so much!

Today is Valentines Day, but we were going to be showing our love to Grammy a little different today. Today we said prayers to her as our close family laid Grammy to rest at the gravesite. Grammy is now beside her Mom and Dad resting peacefully. She is now on her way to be with all that love her and God himself. She will help look over you two as she can now show her love from above. We love you Mom!

Went started our Feb. vacation today. We stayed at the Clarion Hotel in Bristol. Day one was skating in West Hartford. Cody and Danielle you guys did great! I did horrible only went around once and held on to Danielle. Then lunch at the mall, then we checked into the Hotel and went swimming.

Day two went to Powder Ridge to go tubing, but they were sold out, sorry. Off to the hotel to swim then went to a buffet in Bristol, not to good. At night was a Wolf Pack game; we had seats right on the ice. Cody you loved it, there were three fights right in front of us.

Started day three with swimming and that lasted hours. Next was Springfield, MA for WWE you guys loved it you got to see all the big names; Rick Flair, Triple H, Chris Masters, Batista, and Chris Jericho. Then we finished off the night with a swim.

Today we picked up the Lovett girls. We went to Bob’s and bought me two new pairs of jeans and bought your Mom a Boston Red Sox shirt for Mother’s Day. Next we went to Pizza-Ria-Uno for lunch. Then we saw the movie The Pacifier. Of course we aren’t done we went to Laser Quest for a real good time. Next was the park where you all played and even played nicely. We ended up back here waiting for Mandy to pick the girls up, and Ashley did your hair Danielle as we waited.

Went to see The Longest Yard probably really shouldn’t have brought you guys to see this movie, a lot of swearing. But you guys liked it and understand that we don’t use this kind of langue in Dad’s house or school.

Today was a picnic at the Peil’s. They had a bouncy house they rented. You guys played in it for a long time. Danielle you played with KC and asked for a sleep over. I told you I’d think about it. Cody you played with you know who… Alyssa. We left at 3 for a baseball game Brandon was playing in. Cody you went over to Jared’s and played, Danielle you and KC stayed with me and I gave in for the sleep over. Danielle we got Chinese food for dinner. Cody you got back to the house at about 8:15 and at 8:45 everyone was in his or her beds going to sleep.

Everyone was up by 7 so I cooked eggs and bacon. I dropped off KC at 1045 and then dropped you guys off to Mom where you went to a picnic at Auntie Sharon’s.

Today was field trip day with Danielle. We went to the State Capital, a Museum and the Old State House.

The Capital was fun we got to meet your State Senator: Mrs. Handley and Your State

Representative Pam Sawyer.

We had lunch at Bushnell Park. Thanks for the fun day.

Tonight we went to Danielle’s cluster practice you did real well. You were a munchkin in the Wizard of Oz. The whole play will be on June 9^th.

Today when I picked you guys up we went to the lake for a swim. The water wasn’t bad.

We then got Chinese for dinner and Danielle watched Mean Girls for about the millionth time.

Today was Cody’s baseball game; you are doing really well with baseball. After the game we went to the lake and had birthday party for Eli. Then you guys went swimming with Daniela and Paul till about 4:30 then we got icee’s. You guys then talked me into a sleep over for the night.

Picked you guys up after your sleep over. You both did real well. Cody you and Paul put a tent up in the girl’s room and slept there. You guys didn’t go to sleep until 11:40. After that we went swimming in the Costa’s pool. Next was mini golf and the batting cages. We came home after that and Cody you helped me make meatballs for the pasta. Cody you got an early birthday present with me ordering ECW on pay per view.

It was Cody’s picnic day at the lake all your 1^st grade friends were there. You teamed up with Alyssa for a scavenger hunt it was so cute. We played tennis with Mrs. Soong and you had a blast. You helped Katie with the hunt also. Cody you ate real good lots of fruit and vegetables. You did have a couple of accidents. One was a bump to the head with your tennis racket and the other was a bad scrap to your shin. Hope it doesn’t hurt for long.

We went to Long Island to see Theresa and Jen and Dave Tom was camping. We started with a brunch at a deli. Then we went to her house and played with Kage, you guys walked him about a million times. We took Kage for a walk to the school and you guys let him run around. Next was a picnic at James’s and you guys went swimming in his pool and played with his three kids. Cody you cut your ankle on a grate in James’s yard. After that we went to a sports complex. You guys loved it there.

Today Cody and I went to the go-carts and batting cages. Danielle you went with Theresa and Jen and Mikey to the mall but we ate at a Checkers a burger place. Mikey won a CD on the radio and you guys were screaming in the background. Cody and I met you guys at the mall. Danielle you had to have a piece of pizza and Cody you wanted a bowl of spaghetti, but you had some at Theresa’s when we got back. After the mall we went back to Theresa’s house and got set to get back on the ferry. Of course Cody you fell down on the ramp of the ferry and cut your elbow. Danielle I promised you we would go to the fireworks, so off to Lake Compounce and you guys rode a couple of rides then we went back to the parking lot to watch the fireworks. They were pretty good.

Cody I picked you up at Mom’s after I got out of work and we went to pick up Danielle at gymnastics. It was my birthday so we went to Donatos’ for dinner. Then back to my house and I opened the presents you guys got me. I got a Tony Stewart racing car and key chain and a Saints football hat, they are going all the way this year ( I hope ). Thanks guys I loved the gifts.

Guys we had a surprise after I picked you up at Mom’s Theresa was at my house. We had a lasagna she made you both loved it. Theresa came up for my birthday.

Today was VBS till noon then we all went to the lake. After that we stopped off at 7 eleven and went to the creek were we all walked in it and you guys got all wet. You were all looking for stuff under rocks and Cody you had to pee about three times so off to the woods you went. After that back at our house you guys set up a candy stand and sold some to the neighbors and a couple of state policemen. I believe you made a little more than three dollars. I cooked on the new gas grill that Theresa bought and put together we roasted marshmallows for desert.

Went on the ferry to Long Island and then to Shelter Island. We met Jack and Gusty at the bumblebee manor. You guys spent the day swimming in the pool and hot tub.

Today we went out fishing and you guys both caught your first fish. Also swam again for hours. Headed back to Theresa’s for the night. You guys played with Kage. You guys slept real good.

Today we went to the mall and then headed back to CT. The ferry ride was good you guys played in the game room. I let you stay up late to watch WWE.

Today was Lake Compounce for the day. We met Uncle Norm and Aubrey there. Stayed till 4:30. You guys behaved so well.
